Parking is a massive and highly critical asset class but we believe that parking assets are often overlooked and misunderstood within real estate portfolios. With changing urban dynamics, evolving mobility trends, and increasing demand for well-managed parking, we believe parking assets today hold strong potential for optimization, strategic redevelopment, or long-term investment. We partner with asset owners to provide near-term liquidity solutions, support logical investments to drive monetization, and help effectuate the maximum potential of assets under our ownership.
What we look for
Acquisition Criteria
We're highly flexible but typically look for the following criteria:
Property Types: Surface lots and garages
Prime Locations: Properties located near city centers with strong and consistent demand drivers
Lot Size: We look at assets of all sizes
Deal Size: $1M+ purchase price
Markets: Focused on the Sunbelt region in the U.S. (we'll happily consider strong opportunities outside of the Sunbelt in large metro areas)
